my story
I have been a photographer for the past 10 years and for me it has always been about loving people and making timeless memories they could have for a lifetime. Wellness came in for me during 2019 my health plummeted.
Years of disordered eating, over exercising, built up trauma, burning out to keep my mind distracted, eating the standard American diet, self hatred - my body just tapped. I knew something had to change, and I wanted my life back, I wanted to enjoy living again.
